How to compress a movie for the web using Quicktime | ||
4) Now click on your video file. Select Edit -> Add
Play your movie and make sure that the sound syncs up with the video. If the sound starts too early you may need to add some audio filler at the beginning to get it to sync, which is easier done in another program than within QuickTime.
When your audio and video are synced you're ready to export the file for use on the web. 5) File -> Export 
6) Select a location to save your movie to and give it a name.
