7) At the bottom of that window click on "options". You will get a new window called "Movie Settings"
8) Under Video click on settings. This will open give you some options. From the drop down menu at the top select "Sorenson Video 3" and change the quality to medium. Set the frames per second to whatever frame rate your file was shot at. Select the box for "limit data rate to" and set it to 400. I know it says 100 in the image, but that won't look so good.
When all of that is done click OK.
9) If you have sound click on the settings under audio.
