10) Whichever audio compresion you're using click on the options button.
11) Another audio compression that works very well is uLaw 2:1. If you want to see the difference in file size you can also export using this audio compressor set at 32.000kHz. 
12) Make sure that the boxes are all checked and that your settings are correct. Also, make sure that the internet streaming is set to fast start. When you're satisfied simply click OK at the bottom and QuickTime will export your file. When this is done check the file size and watch the movie to make sure it looks and sounds acceptable.
