10/9/05	• Since I can't afford to send Illume out to festivals anymore and it's almost done showing at the ones it's been accepted to I have decided to finally put the entire thing online. After all, I didn't make it so that people couldn't watch it. See the film here: Illume • I've added a new short film that I made for StopMoShorts.com back in May. The compositing isn't finished, which is what I've been waiting for with putting it on my site; but I'm currently working on getting my CGI better, which means I can't finish the composite yet. I'll update it whenever I finally get it done. See On Guard HERE.

7/21/05	• Illume has won the July round at animationblock.com • Illume has two more screenings: - Rome International Film Festival (in Rome Georgia) September 8 -11, 2005 -Dragon*Con Independent Film Festival September 2 -5, 2005
7/03/05	• Illume will be screening in the Independents' Film Festival on The Education Channel in Tampa, Florida during the month of September.
6/11/05	• If you missed seeing Illume when it was in the Slamdance Anarchy Competition don't worry. It will be screening on animationblock.com for one month starting on June 15th. Make sure you go check it out and VOTE for it. This competition has prizes that I would love to win. All you have to do is wait until June 15th and then send an email to info@animationblock.com and tell those good folks that Illume is your favorite film of the month!
5/16/05	• Illume has three new screenings for me to officially announce! I've been very busy so I had to update the webpage with them all at the same time instead of as they come in. Here they are in order of screening date (also listed in the Illume screening section): - Winnipeg International Film Festival which takes place from June 9-12 2005 - Anima Mundi, The International Animation Festival of Brazil, which takes place from July 8-17th 2005 in Rio de Janiero and from July 20-24 2005 in Sao Paulo. - Silents At NYU: Toon, Tunes, and Trikfilms. Lincoln Center showcase selections. October 28-29 2005 8pm
5/03/05	• Illume will be screening at the Ole Muddy Film Festival which takes place from June 10-12 in Wisconsin.
4/17/05	• Illume will be screening at the Spring Animation Showcase at New York University on April 29th. A few of my experimental animation pieces will be in it as well. More details can be seen here.
03/27/05	• Illume has won the Achievement in Animation Form award at New York University's First Run Student Film Festival
03/12/05	• Do you want to see the entire movie of Illume? Well, April is your lucky month! Illume will be in the April 2005 competition of Slamdance’s Online Film Festival, Anarchy So go check it out (once it is April) and then cast your VOTE!! (vote for Illume so I can win)
03/02/05	• Film Festival Listings! Updated my thesis area. There is now a listing of festival screenings that will include date/time. There is just one festival so far, and I need to add additional info (like links), but I will try and do that within 24 hours and will not add another news posting for that. • Updated the thesis clips section.
02/05/05	• Updated my thesis area. There is now some general information about Illume listed seperately from my production log. I will be updating the stills and clips section for Illume soon. Keep checking back for updates.

12/19/04	• Updated my thesis log. • Am now a member of the 10 Second Club Character Animation Webring.
11/20/04	• Updated my stop motion animation section. Two new clips have been added and there are now two pages of stop motion clips. One clip is a short lip sync exercise that I animated because I had not done any stop motion lip sync in years. The other is a short (27 second) film I created for the debut round at stopmoshorts.com. • Updated my thesis log.

10/24/04	• Updated my thesis log. • There is a new webpage that may be of interest to anyone viewing my webpage. It is Stopmoshorts.com. This page is a place to work on your stop motion in a supportive and friendly environment. I had a part in it's conception and wish I had more time to help with it. If you have any thoughts about trying out stop motion animation go check it out. Hell, if you like to watch animation, GO CHECK IT OUT. • I started a new job this week. I'm now working at J.J.Sedelmaier Productions as a production assistant. This means that I won't be updating my webpage as often as I was when I was unemployed. So far it's been a lot of fun and I really like everyone at the studio.
10/07/04	• Updated my reel • Added a link to my buddy Ian Hutchinson's webpage. He's an awesome animator and compositor, check out his stuff (site is in development).
9/28/04	• Updated my thesis log.
9/24/04	• Uploaded a new stop motion clip. I tested the use of a green screen for placing Xevoz action figures into live action background plates.
9/20/04	• Updated my thesis log.
9/15/04	• Created a Tutorials section. Added a tutorial on how to compress a movie for the web using QuickTime Pro.
9/02/04	• Updated my thesis log again. • Updated my résumé and have added my animation demo reel and breakdown sheet. A low res version of my reel is on it's way.
8/20/04	• My film Love Hurts will be showing at The Animation Block Party on September 9th at 8 pm
7/24/04	• Updated my thesis log finally. I blabbed on about the last two months and added 2 new video clips showing the cat and the light.
7/16/04	• Uploaded the sound version of Love Hurts. Adding sound only increased the file size by 400kb so it's still under 5 MB. I've had the sound done for about half a year, but I just have not had the time to properly compress it until now. I want to thank Zoya Baker for doing a wonderful job with it! • Added a new computer animation clip. It's short but sweet. This was a lip sync exercise in a character animation class I was in. • Will update my film log soon. I just don't have anything new to say or show. This will change soon, as progress is once again going well.
