iStopmotion Highly recommended for people just getting started with stop motion animation. Only works with Macintosh OSX.
Framethief Recommended for more advanced animator's using OSX.
BTVPro Also recommended for more advanced animator's. I personally like Framethief better though. I think it is Mac OSX only also.
